With limited ‘feet on the ground’ and no previous PR, US company Indyme had a low profile in the UK.
Our first step was a launch campaign to immediately position Indyme as a thought leader, and putting spokespeople in front of key market influencers, and to help do that we needed facts.
So we surveyed 2,000 consumers for insight into in-store experiences, which gave us newsworthy stats, including worst customer experience sectors, online vs in-store experiences and value of goods abandoned due to poor customer service.
In just six months Storm achieved 35 pieces of coverage and delivered an ROI of 3:1. The campaign secured pieces in key trade and vertical titles such as Retail Technology, Retail Systems and Insight DIY. Key industry analysts were also introduced to the company and its latest developments.
