Passenger Experience Week encompasses 4 events: Aircraft Interiors Expo, World Travel Catering Expo, Passenger Technology Solutions and the Passenger Experience Conference. The task of the campaign was to step change the PR on this established event to celebrate its 20th year and to cross promote all with compelling media and social activity.

Alongside a separate press office campaign for each event, Storm undertook a number of creative campaigns and event firsts. These included creating a series of ‘PAX Week Views’ podcasts, which were syndicated across 10 public platforms and included a high-profile interview with Boeing; a media speed networking event on site attended by 12 journals and 20 exhibitors; an on-site 24hr Hackathon for tech developers; created a video to celebrate the show’s anniversary; and developed an Advocacy programme with exhibitors, speakers and industry commentators.

A comprehensive social media campaign was also implemented for each event which generated over 2,000 new followers, over 1.4m impressions and an engagement rate of 10.7%.
