Premium and authentic Italian olive oil brand, Farchioni, wanted its UK Instagram page to create a community of loyal foodie followers and build awareness among a British audience. As well as the always on Instagram content, something new and fresh was required to reach an audience the brand would resonate well with, and to showcase the authenticity and quality of the olive oil.

A partnership with recipe kit brand, Pasta Evangelists and head chef Roberta, was developed to create a bank of new and classic Italian recipes that use Farchioni’s Il Casolare olive oil range – generating original content that performed well on Instagram. Alongside this, an Instagram competition was run to tap into its 175k followers who have a passion for Italian food. This generated an 83% increase of followers.

To keep the new followers engaged with the feed, content that highlighted the brand’s rich family heritage was run. This showcased the quality of the product and brought the brand to life through a number of graphics and lifestyle imagery. The campaign generated over 117,000 total engagements during the six-month campaign.
