WrapFest was launched in 2023 to bring together renowned global brands and advance wrap/detailing experts with industry professionals and car enthusiasts. A campaign was devised to launch the event with a comprehensive PR and influencer relations programme to raise awareness and drive attendance.

The PR campaign was news-focussed to generate significant noise in the printed trade titles and online media ahead of the event. Complementing this was a focused influencer relations programme, targeting five key influencers in the ‘vehicle wrapping’ space. A 3-month Instagram campaign was run with each to create content and endorsements to drive visitors to the show.

The campaign exceeded KPIs by 60% and the event welcomed over 800 wrap professionals, significantly more than forecasted.
