Leading events organiser, Roar B2B has appointed Storm’s Exhibitions & Events PR team to help raise awareness of ESS Expo. It is the UK’s largest environmental services and solutions event, and is a great addition to Storm’s Corporate & B2B PR division’s sustainability credentials.

Comprising Resource and Waste Management (RWM) Expo, Energy, Fuels and Decarbonisation (EFD) Expo. As well as Water Resource Management (WRM) Expo, Contamination and Land Remediation (CLR) Expo and Air Pollution Control (APC) Expo. ESS Expo is where the industry’s top players gather to shape the future of the planet. Exhibitors across all five events will showcase the latest innovations and solutions in the fields of circular economy, net-zero emissions, sustainability, and biodiversity conservation. Each delivering vital discussions on natural resources and development policy.

The seven-month communications campaign includes news generation and thought leadership activity. The campaign also includes dedicated promotion around the National Environmental Services Survey 2024 and exhibitor communications. It will begin in March and run until September 2024. It’s the first time the ESS Expo teams has appointed a dedicated PR agency. Head of Marketing Ali McQueen explained:

“Over the past few years ESS Expo – together with its co-located events – has grown exponentially and we are keen to harness this going forward. By the nature of their industries, the events generate a huge amount of content that we recognise is hugely current, valuable and interesting. Until now we have never had the resource to make the best possible use of it. So, we decided to engage with a PR agency to help us do this. Storm’s event experience, client base and skill set is fully-aligned with our brief. We are looking forward to working with the team to maximise the potential of ESS Expo in 2024 and beyond.”

Adam Craig, Head of B2B at Storm added:

“With over 20 years of experience running press offices for exhibitions and events across various industries, and several clients in the recycling and waste management sectors, we’re excited to begin working with the ESS Expo team. The individual events are well respected in their sectors and we are looking forward to further elevating their position as a platform to learn about the latest trends and source innovative new equipment, solutions and services.”
