We’re a bunch of bookworms here at Storm, so we jumped at the chance to support the launch of DK’s latest launch, It’s Your Loss by Robyn Donaldson and Emma Hopkinson.
Written by two women who were bereaved at a young age, It’s Your Loss is a refreshingly wry, candid and unflinching exploration of grief and loss. Authors Emma Hopkinson and Robyn Donaldson reflect on their personal experiences and their natural inclination to either keep their feelings in (Emma) or let them all out (Robyn) to illustrate the different ways people can navigate their own journey through different kinds of loss – whether the death of a loved one, breakdown of a relationship, or loss of a job.
We’ll be running a consumer campaign outreaching to national print and online media, including monthly and weekly magazines for book review coverage and guest slots, as well as speaking to broadcast outlets and podcasts for interview opportunities. The team will also be going out to top tier influencers and well-known Instagram personalities to create a buzz on social media during the weeks surrounding the launch date.
