We’re proud and excited to announce that the Storm team has been shortlisted for the Best Use of Data and Best Use of a Celebrity/Influencer at the Communicate Magazine Corporate Content Awards 2020, for our work with AVORD and Frugalpac.

Now in their third year, the Corporate Content Awards celebrate the best in creative content, corporate storytelling and communications, to recognise the role content plays in meeting business objectives.

Nominated for the Best Use of Data award, we used a major research project to support the launch of AVORD – a new security testing platform with the aim of linking businesses to testers through a faster and more cost-effective channel.

The findings helped generate media coverage in all key publications and have subsequently been used in a diverse range of marketing and sales materials. It has also helped AVORD become one of just 100 start-ups accepted for the opportunity to showcase and pitch on stage at Start Up Grind Europe 2019.

Our work with Frugalpac was recognised in the Best Use of a Celebrity/Influencer category. The team enlisted BBC Radio One DJ Gemma Cairney and Youtuber Madeleine Olivia to get the Frugal Cup, a new recyclable and sustainable coffee cup, in front of 221m across the whole campaign. Frugal Cup was even promoted at Glastonbury and together, established a substantial pipeline of leads for the company.

The winners of the Corporate Content Awards will be announced on 13 February 2020.
